BUY PINOY: A Charity Bazaar for Filipinos

Something exciting is coming your way this month! On the 27^th and 28^th of September, pass by the La Vista basketball court for a bazaar unlike any other.

The UP Junior Marketing Association, in cooperation with Motolite, brings you BUY PINOY. It is a special two-day event that will not only have amazing bargains and yummy food, but great causes to support as well! Join us as non-government organizations and livelihood programs sell their merchandise and promote their organization. Get to know their beneficiaries and find out how you can help! The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) will be holding a one-day pet adoption fair and sell their merchandise. The Community Crafts Association of the Philippines (CCAP), a non-profit community development organization, will also be selling handicrafts made by marginalized artisans from all over Metro Manila. Yabang Pinoy, a Pinoy pride and awareness campaign, will also be there! Save the environment by buying a canvas bag, which is made by a community from San Teodoro, Batangas, from Luntian Bags.

BUY PINOY promises to bring shopping, food and fun for families and friends with activities such as eating contests, food relays, raffles and many more.

Proceeds from the bazaar will benefit Bantay Bata 163 and the Kids Integrated Development through Schooling (KIDS) Fund. Bazaar hours are from 10 am to 9 pm.
